Custom-made items: Require 7 to 15 business days for production, depending on design complexity

Tier 2/3 cities and rural areas: 5 to 7 business days
Shipping Charges:
Free standard shipping on all prepaid orders across India
Cash on Delivery (COD) may incur an additional service fee (visible at checkout)

Custom orders may take 1 to 3 weeks for production, depending on design
These orders are shipped after quality inspection and customer approval (if applicable)
Tracking information is shared post-dispatch
